| A quick update to tell you about our campaigning events next week and a request for your support. Saturday 27th April: Felixstowe street stall 10.00-12.00. The stall will be in the High Street near to the old M&S, 55, Hamilton Road, IP11 7BE but we may be further along the High street if the space by M&S is too busy. Saturday 27th April: Ipswich Street stall 10.00-12.00 At the bottom of Lloyds Avenue, by Debenhams, Westgate Street, IP1 3EH. This stall is being organised by the new Ipswich based EUnity group whose supporters are members of the Suffolk EU Alliance. At both street stalls we will be promoting the People’s Vote campaign and encourage people to write to their MPs. We will also be encouraging people to register to vote in the European Parliamentary elections and continue to encourage people to sign the ‘Revoke Article 50’ petition. We will use our updated Brexitometers to help us guage the mood and feelings of local Suffolk people and there will be leaflets for volunteers to distribute. | Tuesday 30th April: Our next meeting at the Seckford Golf Club Woodbridge. The meeting begins at 7pm but a pre-booked optional meal will be served from 6pm. The meal is a choice of meat or vegetarian Lasagne with salad. Jacket potatoes with a cheese and bean topping are also available. The Local and European Parliament elections
As a cross party Remain group the Suffolk EU Alliance encourages all our supporters to make sure they can vote in the local elections on Thursday 2nd May and the European Parliament elections on Thursday 23rd May. Also please encourage young people and EU citizens from mainland Europe to register. Click here for the link to register.

The Revoke Article 50 Petition
The petition has now topped a record-breaking 6 million signatures. The government repeatedly claims that exiting the EU is ‘the will of the people’. We need to use this petition to put a stop to this and prove the strength of public support now, for remaining in the EU.
