As we begin the campaign for our third general election in four years, Ipswich for a People’s Vote will be on the Cornhill at the bottom of Lloyds Avenue in Ipswich with our street stall.
Many of our group did their first street stall last month and were surprised how much they enjoyed it. We had lots of good conversations and our Brexitometer attracted people with a wide range of views.
We will be focusing on voter registration and tactical voting (Ipswich is a key marginal where the pro EU and pro-referendum Labour MP Sandy Martin is under intense pressure from a Tory Brexit-supporting candidate). Tactical voting will be key.
We will also be signing up as many new members as possible to help our new group grow.
We would love you to join us, even if you can only make an hour. The bigger the crowd of us, the bigger the crowd they can attract!
