Suffolk EU Alliance Annual General Meeting

The Annual General meeting of the Suffolk EU Alliance will be held in Woodbridge Library, New Street Woodbridge in the evening of Monday 7th January 2019. Doors will open at 6.30. Come and hear a review of the SEUA’s work over the past year and how we intend to continue to press for our continued close relationship with Europe and to actively campaign on a People’s Vote on any final Brexit Deal. The committee of the SEUA are up for election. Although the existing committee members are prepared to stand for re-election, nominations are invited for the following positions:

Chairman

Vice Chairman

Secretary

Membership Secretary

Treasurer

Committee members (3 positions)

Nominations for the above posts need to be received by email: suffolkeu@gmail.com by Monday 17th December 2018.

All supporters of the Suffolk EU Alliance are invited to the meeting but only paid up members will be entitled to vote for nominated persons and for any motions put to the meeting. The full agenda for the meeting will be sent out by email on Tuesday 18th December.

The committee hopes as many members and supporters as possible will be able to attend the meeting.
