Newsletter Thursday 21st March
Important information about ‘The Put it to the People March’ and future Events!
On Saturday 23rd March over 250 of our SEUA supporters will be marching in London to demand our right to vote on the deal or to revoke Article 50. With thousands of people arriving from all over the UK we are expecting it be absolutely enormous and bring London to a standstill. We hope the march will send a message to Parliament making it clear that we don’t want them ‘to get on with it ‘ we want them to STOP BREXIT !!
If you cannot come on the march but want to be there supporting the cause for Remaining in Europe – for a small donation (£5.00) we will display your name on our ‘March in my Name’ banner .
We now have 4 buses doing separate routes and you will hear which bus you have been allocated by email on Friday.
Here is a reminder of the coach times:

Please bring food and drink as these are sometimes difficult to obtain when in a huge crowd. Bring placards, well charged phones and cameras.
There will be large screens in Trafalgar Square and hopefully in Whitehall where we can hear the speeches if Parliament Square is full.
There will also be an all night vigil so if you plan to stay for this you may need sleeping bags etc but this will mean you cannot return on the bus so please inform your bus leader.
When we get off the coach in London you may want to go straight to Parliament Square where you can join other SEUA supporters ready for the speeches or do the march. Several SEUA supporters are going to meet at Green park tube station where we will join in the march when it begins at some time after 12.00.
The return journey: We will leave the London Embankment sharp at 6.30pm, please be there.
If there are traffic problems and we have to get off the coaches at other locations when we arrive in London we will probably have to return to those locations to board our coaches at 6.30pm. Please find out before you leave the coach where you will be boarding your coach for the return journey.
