A Reality Check on Brexit
by John Bailey

Reference Mr T Carter’s recent posts – I feel a reality check is needed.

He refers to ‘no one will bully the British’ in his posts, as if we are some kid of world force, whereas the truth is we are anything but, sadly and progressively, falling further into oblivion.

When people realise where we actually are in terms of world standing, I’m sure they will be better for it. Past glories are not to be rested on, or forever revered. The future of young people is essentially the future of this country. The future for these people is essentially as part of the EU.  It’s a no brainer.

Mention also of the £350 million promised to the NHS: it will never happen and never would.  Where now are the said people who promised, and advertised, such incorrect information? I’ll tell you, they are inconspicuous by their absence, and voice. Certainly no more, or less, than I and many others could see through, from the very beginning.

There is only one possible saving grace: another Referendum – by which time hopefully the people of this once great nation will have woken up to reality, and real facts.

Otherwise the cliff edge is getting perilously close, with no rescue service available.  After which, the British Bull Dog attitude, will not save the day or the country.  Reality then will be present for sure.
