Ipswich People’s Vote Day of Action

Dear Members and Supporters,

Put this in your diary!  On Saturday December 8^th, activists and supporters from the People’s Vote campaign will take to the streets across the UK, in order to demand a People’s Vote on the final Brexit deal. There will be events all over the country, with thousands of activists and supporters taking part in areas that voted both Remain and Leave.

In a matter of days, MPs will vote to decide the future of this country. We know that this Brexit deal isn’t a good deal for Britain. We’ve already seen independent economic forecasts which show that the government’s deal will leave us poorer, with less money for our public services. This will be our last chance to tell MPs that we are Not Buying this dodgy deal.

Suffolk EU Alliance will be holding a street stall in Ipswich, at the bottom of Lloyds Avenue, outside Debenhams, from 1:30pm to 4pm.  Further details and a map can be found here on our website.

We need your help, even if you can just spare an hour! The bigger the crowd, the better, to hand out leaflets and guide people to our Brexitometer.

This will be the last action day before the vote in parliament on December 11^th. Now is the time to demand a People’s Vote.
