Notification of Annual General Meeting of the Suffolk EU Alliance 2019
This is to formally notify you that the Annual General Meeting of the Suffolk EU Alliance will be held in Woodbridge Library, New St, Woodbridge on Monday 7th January 2019 at 7.00pm.
All supporters of Suffolk EU Alliance ( SEUA) are welcome to attend but only paid up members shall be entitled to nominate and vote for the officers and committee.
Nominations for the officers’ posts and committee membership for 2019 must be received in writing by the Secretary (Ms Gilly Peskett) via email suffolkeu@gmail.com by Friday 21st December.
The officers to be elected are:
1) Chairperson 2) Vice-Chair 3) Treasurer 4) Membership Officer
5) Campaign/ Events coordinator 6) Secretary 7) Committee members (up to 4) .

Annual statement of Accounts
Election Officers and Committee members for the coming year
Appointing an Auditor
Conduct Any Other Business notified to the secretary by 21st December
There wil be an opportunity to partake of light refreshments and to meet the existing committee members before the meeting from 6.40pm
