Hi Everyone,
This is just to make you aware of all the things we have to do at our meeting this evening.
1) We have several new supporters coming to our meeting tonight so we need to direct them to the bar to pay for meals and make them feel really welcome.
2) Sign up sheet for street stalls, haven’t got any volunteers yet for Stowmarket next Saturday!
4) Sign up sheet for our next Golf Club meal on Tuesday 16th October. Important as we don’t want to have the same problems with numbers that we had this week.
5) Sign up sheet for people to write street names/ villages where they could deliver leaflets etc. Colin I wondered if you could in some way include this in your activity about Brexitometers and ‘The People’s Vote’ ? I could prepare a sheet for each table.
6) Sign up sheet for Christmas meal on Tuesday 27th November and collect deposits of £5.00 each.
7) Order sheet for placards. We will have the Suffolk EU placard on display with the order sheet and all the other merchandise. As we have so much merchandise we will need someone to take charge of that table.
Please if a clipboard lands on your table make sure it gets passed around to everyone on your table and that it is then passed on to the next table.
