More volunteers are needed for our street stall in Halesworth this Saturday, 21st July 10am-1pm. If you can help for an hour or two please contact me as we want to show a strong presence on Halesworth Thoroughfare.
Saturday 21st July, Halesworth 10am-1pm. A street stall to promote the petition demanding a People’s Vote on the final Brexit deal. This will be part of a national campaign organised by the European Movement, Open Britain, Britain for Europe and several other leading Remain umbrella groups.
Please can you let me know if you can support this event so that we have strong presence in Halesworth Thoroughfare.
We will be setting up opposite Focus Organics, 14 Thoroughfare, Halesworth IP19 8AH.
We will be asking people to sign the ‘People’s Vote’ petition, handing out leaflets, talking to passers by and using a Brexitometer to gauge the feelings of people about Brexit and an opportunity to vote again on what the government negotiates with the EU. It will be a good chance to get to know and work with other members of our group.
